Ways to feel better

Take a walk
Touch things as you walk past (fences, trees)
Catch some of a strangers' converation and imagine what greater story it was part of
Skip as you walk!
Imagine a random item as being a piece of installation art. What does it say about its surroundings?
Catch a falling leaf
Walk along a fence or beam
Think about the moments leading up to a first kiss

Care to suggest your own?

  1. Gonna try that installation art thing.

I like the way that walking along a fence/beam makes me feel when I am alone in a public place.

Sometimes I skip on my way home from work when no one else is around.

    Some ways I feel better:

    - Listen to music real loud on my headphones
    - Talk to people
    - Write poems
    - Do house chores
    - Eat a good meal

  2. Today I realised I had tunnel vision when I was biking, cause I was stresed and needed to get to work in a hurry. I slowed down and tried to open my vision up like I was a big wide angled lens, using my peripheral vision, It was really nice. My rest of the ride was pretty relaxing actually.
